Behind the Scenes with Specialized Youth Development Team

I was commissioned to capture the behind-the-scenes experience at Fox Factory HQ, documenting the Specialized Youth Development Team introduction and tour with their latest team sponsor. The project focuses on the athletes being shown the ins and outs of what goes into servicing their suspension products and being given warehouse and laboratory tours. Through photography, I documented real moments and interactions, giving an authentic glimpse into the operations and culture of a high-performance youth program and the sponsors that make it possible for teams like this to operate.
